Michelle Moore

Michelle has over 25 years of experience working globally with leaders at all levels to help them improve business results by learning and implementing practices related to strategic planning, innovation, leadership, sales effectiveness, and change management.

She has more than 10 years of experience working directly with C-level clients on complex projects like cultural and digital transformation and M&A integration. She also has specific expertise regarding the impact of technology on organizations, teams and people, and leveraging human capital to drive innovation and transformation in the digital era.

In her consulting and facilitation engagements, Michelle draws on experience working with numerous leading worldwide organizations across multiple sectors, as well as her own experience as a senior leader in global financial and professional services companies.

After studying psychology at University of Western Ontario (BA), Michelle continued learning throughout her career and further completed a Certificate in Training and Development (Ryerson) and Diploma in Adult Learning (St. Francis Xavier University). Most recently, she has completed online programs Leaders in Learning (HarvardX), Shaping the Future of Work (MITx) and Leading High Performing Teams (UQx). Michelle also holds numerous certifications including Hogan, DISC, Situational Leadership, SPIN selling, and Miller Heiman.
