During her tenure she has built end-to-end talent strategies, led cultural transformation initiatives as well as supported the career paths of business leaders cross-industries. 

Fiona specializes in designing learning solutions that support growth and engagement. Her approach is to start with the end in mind, building holistic programs that will have a tangible impact on business results. 

Passionate about learning, Fiona has a Certificate in Adult Education and is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP). She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. Fiona received her designation as a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching FederationFiona is a certified EQi-2.0 coach.
