Carmen Householder-Pedari

Exceptionally organized and detailed-oriented, Carmen makes sure every project she works on exceeds expectations. Carmen began at HORN working with facilitators and clients to produce virtual training sessions, gaining invaluable insight into our approach and our clients’ needs. As Project Coordinator, she provides support to producers and others on the project services team. She also manages client evaluations, helping us to continually improve what we do.

Carmen is a keen learner, both on her own and formally. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology from Queen’s University, and studied neuroscience at a Masters level at the University of British Colombia. She’s also an accomplished bartender, having learned the trade to support her education.
