Training Measurement

HORN employs a variety of methods to measure the effectiveness of its training programs. Typically, most programs are measured on Level 1 and 2 of a Five-Level Model. Furthermore, the HORN Center for Applied Measurement (HCAM) is fully equipped to help clients evaluate training programs on Levels 3, 4, and 5 as needed.
