Barbara Gaiptman, Vice-President,
Client Relations, joined HORN in 1998.
Barbara has a Bachelor's degree in
Occupational Therapy from McGill University
and a Master's in Education from OISE/UT.
Prior to joining HORN, Barbara was
on faculty at the University of Toronto.
She has been both a clinician and
administrator in a number of healthcare
facilities in Montreal and Toronto.
Barbara has published articles in
the field of adult education and is
the author of Fundamentals of
Supervision.
Barb's diversified background in
healthcare, adult education, and business
provide her with a solid understanding
of the issues impacting performance
improvement. Her knowledge of consulting
and demonstrated expertise in building
strong customer-focused relationships

Lynne Gallacher

Lynne Gallacher is HORN’s
Vice President of Design and Measurement
and is responsible for the HORN Centre
of Applied Measurement and ensuring
the alignment between course design
and all pre- and post-measurement.
Lynne is also one of HORN’s
senior sales force consultants.
Lynne’s role at HORN is informed
by her more than 15 years of high-level
management work at two major consumer
packaged goods companies, Kraft Foods
and Kimberly-Clark. She held positions
at these two Fortune 100 companies
in corporate strategy and development,
brand management, customer marketing
and sales, giving her a strategic,
in-depth, and on-the-ground understanding
of business management and sales.
She possesses a wealth of hands-on
experience in leadership, business
management, and team development.
Lynne holds an Honors Bachelor of
Arts degree in Business Administration
from the Ivey School of Business at
the University of Western Ontario,
and a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions
from Kellogg School of Management
at Northwestern University. She also
completed the Canadian Securities
course from the Canadian Securities
Institute.

Suzanne Carlaw leads project management
and client support for all HORN’s
projects. She closely interfaces with

Suzanne’s career experience
comprises leadership roles in market

support, consulting, and project management.
She has worked for such companies
as Pratt & Whitney, Qwest Communications,
Ortech, Cyberplex, and CDI Education.
Suzanne and her teams have served
client firms within a diverse industry
base, including financial services,
technology services, telecommunications,
consulting services, and automotive.
Throughout her career, Suzanne’s
focus has always been to achieve excellence
in client services, with an emphasis
on building customer-focused teams
and instilling best practices in project
management. Suzanne has also provided

management, and developed communications
processes for client feedback.

Glenn Johnson

As the leader of HORN’s project management team,
Glenn works closely with his fellow team members to ensure the smooth
execution and successful delivery of all clients’ learning initiatives.
In fulfilling this function, Glenn liaises extensively with clients throughout
the life cycle of their projects and oversees the management of project plans.
His commitment is to produce top-quality deliverables and
experiences that fully meet client expectations.
Glenn’s career experience includes leadership roles in learning & development,
operations management, client services, project management, and strategic
marketing services within industry-leading performance improvement organizations.
These have included Maritz Canada Inc., PPL Marketing Services,
and GE Capital (Solutions) Canada.
Glenn has also worked extensively as a business consultant with
clients in the insurance, pharmaceutical, financial services,
and telecommunications sectors. He has successfully partnered with
them to improve their capabilities in organizational development and
business process management.
Throughout his career, Glenn has successfully leveraged his strong
interpersonal communication, situational analysis,
and creative thinking skills to establish immediate rapport with clients and then develop new strategies,
approaches, and solutions that uniquely support individuals,
teams, and organizations in their success.

Jorge Pinotti’s rich and varied
international experience is a valuable
resource for HORN clients. He is an
experienced business coach, trainer,
and speaker who has worked in Latin
America, Europe, the United States,
and Canada.
Jorge has many years of experience
delivering training sessions in his
native language of Spanish. He earned
a law degree at the University of
Buenos Aires, where he also pursued
post-graduate studies. He has worked
with such organizations as Scotiabank
International Banking, the University
of Buenos Aires, the Argentinean-Florida
Chamber of Commerce, Sonora University,
the National Institute of Cooperative
Action and Mutual Organizations, and
the Municipality of Buenos Aires.
Jorge is an expert in the field of
“ontological coaching.”
Through this approach he brings to
client projects a keen understanding
of how salespeople and leaders are
wholly responsible for their outlook
and their success. As a writer in
the field of management, he has written

Graham Kaufmann has accumulated
over fifteen years experience working
with consumer packaged goods companies
in Canada. His clients have included
Labatt Breweries, Adams Canada and
Cadbury Schweppes.

at Adams Brands, Graham migrated from
sales into a progressive path on the
marketing side, where he led both

For over twenty years, Denise Lapointe
has successfully provided diverse

portion of her career in project management

David Robinson brings to his projects

and the performing arts. He has brought

Life Financial.
As a trainer, David has specialized
in helping people develop their coaching,
selling, presenting, and influential
communication skills. His consulting
