of HORN
For over two decades HORN has helped
clients exceed their goals. We started
as a sales training organization that
conducted thorough pre-training needs
analyses and custom-designed training
programs to address the specific needs
of clients. HORN has changed, but that
orientation of research-before-action
has remained a driving force.
Now HORN has a wider focus. We train, yes!
And we have come to believe that the results
from any training initiative are greatly influenced
by a multitude of factors within a client organization.
For example, our work with sales forces, in
addition to skill development, may include compensation,
deployment, organizational structure, internal processes,
tracking, and performance management. We bring to bear our
executive coaching services, the HORN
Centre for Applied Measurement (HCAM), and our wealth of experience
in sculpting successful client projects.
