@ HORN
How does e-Learning fit with your organization?
As part of the needs assessment process, HORN can help you determine the best fit for e-Learning within your organization. Utilizing industry best practices and identified training needs and development opportunities, HORN can partner with you to create the best learning solution. This may include one or more of the following methodologies:
Stand-alone e-Learning
Modularized e-Learning that can be accessed individually as part of identified training needs or to support a learning map.
Blended Learning Solutions
e-Learning is integrated with another learning methodology (e.g., classroom training) to provide a robust learning solution that offers enhanced knowledge adoption and sustainment. HORN received the 2007 Gold Award from the Canadian Society of Training and Development for our work with Scotiabank on the Fundamentals of Coaching Excellence blended learning program.
Learning Sustainment and Reinforcement
e-Learning initiatives can be used to sustain and reinforce training. This type of e-Learning can be large (e.g., a follow-up e-Learning module), or small, high-impact quick hits (e.g., 5 minute podcast with a support quiz to be taken on an individual’s mobile phone.)
All of these methodologies can be combined with a detailed assessment strategy in order to measure and report back on the success of your initiatives.
