Facilitator
You are university educated, are a
natural at getting what you want, and
have a profound interest in the psychological
and self-improvement aspects of selling
and training. Ideally you have sales
management experience and even some
knowledge of category management.
Your responsibilities will be to conduct training sessions and to assist
our sales team in developing our client base.
This position is of interest to, among
others, sales leaders seeking greater
challenges and independent sales trainers
who want to join a supportive and very
successful organization. Periodic travel
is part of the job.
Consultant
At HORN, consulting means "giving
advice." That means you have an area
of expertise around which people need
objective input. Given the company's
lines of business, you see a fit. Or,
you can visualize a natural growth in
the organization's scope that includes
your bailiwick.
But here are some guidelines to consider. You have experience in and
knowledge of sales force management. You have a university degree (MBA
is preferred). You are comfortable with people at all levels of a corporation.
You have impeccable listening skills. You write well. And you present
well.
Importantly, you are a holistic thinker, seeing the big picture.
New Business Developer
We seek highly polished, consultative
salespeople who build business through
credibility, consistency, and professionalism.
We win business because our clients
recognize that we "get" their situation
and create custom solutions to address
their needs head on.
You are a bright individual with acute
listening skills. You are holistic and
you are humble. You understand the problems
facing large organizations, particularly
within sales forces and executive teams,
and how training and consulting can
address these problems. You articulate
your thoughts in an influential manner
and are a whiz at writing proposals.
You believe that mental health and integrity
play a huge role in business success.
Program Developer
— Sales
You have extensive experience in the
areas of sales and sales management,
negotiations, presentations, and strategic
planning. And now you're ready for a
change. As program developer —
sales, you will design and develop new
sales training materials and adapt existing
training materials using your own writing
and designing skills. You have excellent
research and writing skills and are
prepared to develop training programs,
leader guides, facilitator notes, participant
materials, case studies, and other course
materials, using your sales prowess
as a base. University education, highly
developed English language skills, and
fluency in Word are essential. Fluency
in QuarkXpress is highly desirable as
is experience in training. A commitment
to become an expert in the area of training
design, through education and experience,
is essential. Salary dependent on qualifications.
