The HORN Center for Applied Measurement
(HCAM) brings all of HORN's measurement,
evaluation, analysis, and research activities
under one umbrella.
HORN employs and works with external
academics who specialize in measurement.
This team is currently working on multiple
papers that address the Humanistic Influence
model, an instrument to measure one’s
humanistic influence scores, and the
measurement of training in humanistic
influence.
The HCAM Mission
The HCAM mission is to help organizations define and
evaluate performance improvement needs and results,
and gather management information.
