The HORN Center for Applied Measurement (HCAM) provides clients with a host of distinct service offerings, under two categories:

  • Training, Consulting, and Development Services

HCAM also supports the other HORN practices by providing any secondary research, measurement, evaluation, and/or analysis activities required on client projects.

HCAM can conduct an array of measurement services, including:

  • Web-Based and Traditional Surveying, Testing, and Self-Assessments

  • Measurement Services Bureau for Corporate Training Departments

    (customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, etc.)

  • Evaluation of other Organizational Interventions

Training, Consulting, and Development Services

In addition to the service offerings above, HCAM provides training, consulting, and development services for organizations that wish to conduct measurement efforts internally.

Specifically, HCAM provides:

  • Training Programs and Consulting on the Measurement/Evaluation/ROI of Training

  • Development of Customized Measurement Instruments for Internal Training Departments

  • Development of Recruiting Instruments and Service Provider for Employee Screening
